CivitasDX is an SBA-certified (VetCert) Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). We are honored and eager to take on projects that benefit the Veteran community on the T4NG contract vehicle. 

CivitasDX is also an SBA-certified All Small Mentor-Protege Joint Venture (MPJV), majority-owned by Cognitive Medical Systems, Inc. (www.cognitivemedicine.com) and co-owned Halfaker and Associates LLC (now owned by SAIC [www.saic.com]).  CivitasDX was approved as an MPJV by the SBA on 4/21/2021 and is valid until 4/20/2027.
